The site links to third parties such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CipherX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto.
